We arrived in Bore, in the southern mountains of Ethiopia, after a long journey into a region marked by deep social needs. For many years, this area lived under martial law, and the Church was not allowed to gather freely. Recently, that restriction was lifted — and with it, a new spiritual season began. We came to stand with the local church and reach the lost at a critical moment.
The reception was unforgettable. As we entered the city, choirs filled the streets with singing, people danced, and the entire community celebrated. This was more than culture — it was worship, gratitude flowing from hearts hungry for God. Expectation was tangible.
On the first day of the crusade, the Gospel was preached clearly, and heaven responded. Many surrendered their lives to Jesus, and miracles began immediately.
A man who had been blind in one eye was healed. A young man who had suffered severe mobility loss — showing all the symptoms of a stroke, though he had never seen a doctor due to the region’s realities — suddenly ran across the stage, moving arms and legs that had been impaired. The message was unmistakable: Jesus was moving powerfully in Bore.
All of this took place amid extremely limited infrastructure — unstable internet and nights without electricity — yet nothing stopped the advance of the Kingdom.
On the second day, the crowd grew, but so did something else: clear spiritual resistance. As the Word was preached, demons began manifesting in the crowd. When we prayed for healing, there was visible resistance. Several people raised their hands, saying they had been healed, but none wanted to come forward to testify. We discerned that we were facing an open spiritual battle.
At that moment, we shifted direction and prayed specifically for deliverance. Chains were broken. Demons manifested and were cast out. Without any prompting, people began running to the platform to testify. The atmosphere changed completely.
Among the most striking miracles:
- 🙌 A woman who had suffered a serious motorcycle accident, with severe damage to her left leg and facing possible amputation, was completely healed. She ran, jumped, and danced across the platform, rejoicing in what Jesus had done.
- ✨ A woman with a goiter — a lump the size of a fist on her neck — was touched by the power of God. The lump disappeared instantly, and her neck was visibly restored before everyone. We even documented the transformation.
The following morning conference unfolded under strong direction from the Holy Spirit. Before praying for salvation, we prayed for deliverance. Nearly 40 people manifested demons almost instantly. Many were set free, healed, and restored. Only then did we pray for salvation, registering names of those who crossed from darkness into light.
On the last day, we experienced a great breakthrough! A large crowd came to participate in the campaign and hear the Gospel. There was great joy in the city and the Gospel confirmation with signs and wonders continued!
The Gospel is advancing strongly in Bore. In a region where the Church had been silenced for years, the name of Jesus is once again being proclaimed — and He is confirming His Word with signs following.
